ISDN Simulator - emulator dialing process
The process of dialing number in overlap mode is done with the following
operating rules:
- the T302 timer is set at each INFORMATION message reception.
- the dialing is finished when one of the following conditions is verified:
- the Sending complete IE (or # character of Called party number IE) is
received.
- the number of digits reaches the maximum value before the expiry of T302.
- the T302 timer is out.
- the complete dialing number is processed as:
- a correct value if the number of digits is equal or more than the minimum value.
- an incorrect value if the number of digits is less than the minimum value.
In the NUMERIS French version:
- minimum value= value of RCMI parameter.
- maximum value= value of RCMA parameter.
When minimum and maximum number criteria are not used, the values are set to the limits
described in relevant numbering plan.
